BE GUMP
Join our all-inclusive workshop designed for kids and their parents, providing invaluable support and guidance. The BE GUMP Program offers mindfulness practices to foster strong relationships, enhance patience, and promote effective communication. Through a holistic therapy approach, parents and students will develop skills to encourage, motivate, and provide consistency in their interactions.
ART OF MOVEMENT
A vital program curated to combine physical classes with calming mental exercises. Led by experienced instructors, this program fosters flexibility, strength, and endurance, while promoting stress relief, relaxation, and self-expression. Through reflection, discussion, and team-building exercises, students will cultivate social skills and forge meaningful relationships.
LIFE SKILLS AND RELATIONSHIP CULTIVATION
This dynamic program is designed to equip young individuals with the necessary tools needed to navigate life with confidence and build worthwhile, healthy connections. Through interactive workshops, real-life discussions, and engaging ventures. The young individual will grasp practical life skills that go beyond the classroom, like decision-making, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT
This transformational program will equip students with essential life skills. Students will develop valuable leadership skills through workshops on effective communication, decision-making, and conflict-solving. Opportunities to lead group discussions, facilitate activities, and organize events, providing practical experiences in a supportive environment. The mentors of Gump Nation will offer guidance and support as students embark on their leadership journey.
YARD SUPERVISION & STRUCTURED GAMES
Gump is implementing a new take on PE. Our Program offers safe and engaging yard supervision during recess, lunch and after school hours, with structured games and activities designed to support both physical and mental well being. Through active play, teamwork, and positive social interaction, we create an inclusive environment that promotes healthy habits, builds confidence, and encourages emotional resilience in every student.
